Realisation of Alpine lodge Lenzerheide

AlpinLodges Bau AG Chur, a company of the Jäger Group, is erecting the hotel resort AlpinLodges Lenzerheide as general contractor on the Lenzerheide in the Swiss canton Graubünden. There are 96 luxury apartments under construction in 13 buildings (456 hotel beds) and a perfect infrastructure with reception, restaurant, kiosk, swimming bath, fitness area, child care and village square. The entire project has been planned and developed by AlpinLodges Bau GmbH. In May 2011 it proved possible to find a Swiss investor for the entire resort in the form of Residenza Grischuna AG.
