DI Wolfgang Weber |
| Graduated in civil engineering from the Technical University of Graz and joined the company in 1999. Construction and project management activities for domestic and foreign tunnel construction projects. Since 2012, he has been an authorised signatory and head of the underground construction division. He became member of the executive board in 2021. |

Ing. Markus Bitschnau |
Joined the company in 1985 after leaving secondary technical school. He climbed the ranks from construction site engineer to construction manager and project manager for a large number of deep mining sites. He became an authorised signatory in 2008 and head of the underground construction division in 2010. |

| Studied construction engineering at the Technical University of Vienna. Engineering work in industrial facility. Joined Jäger Bau GmbH in 2014. He has been head of general planning and authorised signatory since 2018. |
Building Construction |
| Completed study at the HTL Rankweil and began work as a civil engineer and site manager at Jäger Bau GmbH in 2000. Estimator for the area of building construction and civil engineering since 2002. In 2021 he took over direction of the Department for Building Construction and Civil Engineering and became an Authorised Officer. |

| Joined the company in 1995 as Site Manager for Civil Engineering Projects, gained experience in bridge construction and managed numerous projects in civil engineering. In 2019, he took over the operative management of the Department for Building Construction and Civil Engineering and became an Authorised Officer in 2021. |
DI Josef Tschofen, Underground Mining |
| Studied Civil Engineering at the University of Innsbruck. He joined Jäger Bau GmbH in 2004 and works as a Construction and Project Manager in underground mining. He completed an Executive MBA at the Management Center Innsbruck while working. Member of the Division Management for Underground Mining and Authorised Officer since 2021. |
