Ten exclusively dedicated holiday apartments for sale as well as an exclusive holiday resort with a complete infrastructure will be located in the heart of the municipality of Klösterle. The developer of ArlbergResort Klösterle is Krone Liegenschaftsbesitz GmbH – a 100% subsidiary of Jäger Immobilien GmbH. Once the complex has been completed or, as the case may be, opened, Jäger Immobilien GmbH - a Jäger group company - will assume responsibility for the professional management of ArlbergResort Klösterle through its AlpinLodges brand and will continue to manage this luxury development in the long term. Opening December 2019.


The ArlbergResort Klösterle is characterised by high-quality, traditional architecture and a sophisticated, modern infrastructure. The architectural language with its gable roof and wood-and-stone façade, which blend so well into the surroundings, underlines the Alpine character of the resort. The infrastructure of the hotel resort consists of a reception area, a lobby, a business centre, a swimming pool, a sauna and steam bath, a gym, relaxation rooms and a sunbathing area. A spacious underground garage, a lift and heated ski and boot rooms make the complex even more comfortable and convenient for its guests. The ample luxury apartments of the hotel resort are to be let to an international clientele through (the tourism arm of Jäger Immobilien GmbH).
