Hotel Krone, Lech

Conversion and extension work at the famous Hotel Krone in Lech was carried out in a very restricted space. The special challenges of this construction site were the limited availability of space and the sensitive excavation location in the immediate proximity of both the river Lech and the main road.

The excavation extends 4 metres below the existing foundation of this five-star hotel and 2 metres below the riverbed. Because of the limited space, the construction crane was placed on the opposite bank of the stream.

Special technical expertise, a fair price/performance ratio and JÄGER‘s well-known reliability in meeting deadlines were all decisive in the award of this contract by the Pfefferkorn family.
