The project Ill-Litz Hof Schruns consists of 3 houses bordering a park-like courtyard. The 31 high-quality 2-4.5 room apartments (lift in each House) are accessible and have spacious terraces, balconies or private gardens.
The architecture, as well as the choice of materials are high quality and maintain. The façade was executed as a brick facing strips and structured by generous windows and incised loggias. The plant is connected to the local district heating and equipped in addition with a solar system to heat water.
