In the immediate vicinity of the major Kronenhaus Bludenz project with which JÄGER had likewise been commissioned, the Pfleghar family also opted for a mix of conversion work and new construction for their buildings and entrusted JÄGER with the building work. In the tightest of spaces, parts of the original stock were demolished and shotcrete was used to stabilise the excavation pit.
