Jäger Bau built a new building yard in Tschagguns-Mauren over an area of approx. 23,000 m². The operational complex includes storage space for building supplies and construction equipment, as well as a new warehouse. Access is via the L188 Silvrettastrasse, from which the yard is screened off by a greened visibility barrier. The warehouse of reinforced concrete/steel was built at the same time. A large canopy was connected to it, the rear of which functions as a noise barrier. The existing building on the warehousing site was preserved and serves as a lounge for the employees.
