AlpinLodges Bau AG Chur, a Jäger group company, built the PRIVÀ Alpine Lodge hotel resort on the Lenzerheide in the Swiss canton of Grisons in the capacity of sole contractor.
96 luxury apartments were built, spread over 13 houses (456 beds), along with a perfect infrastructure with a reception area, restaurant, kiosk, indoor swimming pool, gym, childcare and a village square.
The overall project was planned and developed by AlpinLodges Bau GmbH.
A Swiss investor for the entire resort was found in May 2011 in the form of Residenza Grischuna AG.
The resort opened in December 2013.
